Warranty Coverage
Every Vertibox is backed by a 30-day manufacturer defect warranty starting from the day your package arrives. To keep your coverage active, please do not open the enclosure or attempt any hardware modifications, such as swapping out the buttons. This warranty does not cover accidental damage caused by the user or any use of the controller outside of its intended purpose.

Returns & Replacements
We do not offer refunds or general returns. If your unit is confirmed to be defective within the warranty window, we will gladly exchange it for a functional replacement.

Order Finality
Please double-check your details before checking out. Once an order is submitted, it enters our system immediately and cannot be edited or cancelled.

Shipment Time  Orders typically ship 3–6 weeks after the order date.

International Shipping & Duties
For orders shipping outside our primary hub, customers are responsible for paying all import taxes, customs duties, or brokerage fees required by their local government to receive the package.

Errors & Pricing Accuracy
We do our best to ensure all digital shop information is correct, but mistakes in pricing or descriptions can happen. Vertibox Arcade reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order tied to a typographical error. If this occurs, we will reach out with an update or issue a cancellation notice.
